Dayna’s expertise encompasses generalist HR business partnering, systems and innovation, project development, and organizational change. She has successfully led major initiatives including organizational design and culture for new projects and existing operations. Dayna has managed operational HR at remote mines in Western Australia and combines this with her corporate experience driving change and innovation.
Dayna delivers strategically aligned HR services and builds strong relationships with stakeholders. She holds a Bachelor of Management in Human Resources and International Management, along with certified HR status from the Australian Human Resources Institute.
